hello tennisboy,

Please be aware with the following update:
KB951748

It is known to break your internet connection when you have Zone Alarm installed.
I suggest that when you update you remove the tick box from this update and go without it until there is a fix by Microsoft.

Regards,
Olrik

Hello again tennisboy,

there's been an update on this.
Zone Alarm has made an update to go together with this update.
Please take a look at the following page.
