I need to remove Vundo.gen!K

Hi, i saw several procedures of doing this removal. I have also ran all the recommended scans but Vundo will not go away. And I am running Vista Home Premium. Neither Windows Defender or Trend Micro PC-cillin Internet Security is finding Vundo but is not clearing it. I ran dss.exe and got an extra.txt and main.txt as a result. Can anyone help me?
