AVG Internet Security 2008 + Commandos Pro Firewall (?)

Hi all

I have a question dealing with anti-virus and firewall..

Right now i have AVG Internet Security 8.0 which comes with Anti-virus and anti-spyware..and also a firewall and some more components.

I took a look at another firewall>Commandos Pro Firewall>And seemed to like it

The question is, can i just disable the AVG IS 8.0 firewall and install the commandos?

Also i have other anti-spyware like SUPERAntispyware and Spybot S-D would it affect my AVG?
