Dual Screens Flickering

I have two 22" Acer TFT screens sat side by side on my desk, the seem to be flickering, not on off on off on off, but very slight horizontal bars rolling up the screen.

The two screens are powered from one single power plug, of which splits into two kettle leads, I have a water cooling tower/pump next to the second one, but this is still quite a way from the first.

I cannot think of any other reason its doing this...

... maybe its my eyesight.
