Critical Error (IE AntiVirus)

when i'm opening up folders on my drives i get a 'critical error' message stating, "xp files corrupted...". then gives me the option to click yes or no to fix problem. if you click no, it opens a separate window with IE AntiVirus which looks like My Computer setup, but its not 'mine' per say. also here is the HiJackThis Log:
