Export Address Book in .csv

I've been trying to backup my Address Book in Outlook Express 6 by using Export (CSV) format. No matter what I try all I can get is the first page of my address book... no folders or sub-folders. If I export in WAB format I get it all. I want ot go to Gmail and need CSV format to Import. Can someone help, please?
