Itunes won't open

Well my itunes has been acting weird this whole month and i haven't been able to open it
evert time i open it tells me it has encountered a problem and can't open rite now and asks me to send an error report the same happens for my quick time which was downloaded with itunes. i looked at the itunes support and it told me to remove quick time and reinstall itunes but for some reason quick time will not unistall instead it tells me fatal error during installation.
so if u could please help me or tell me someone who can i would really be thankful cause i miss using my itunes sssssssooooooooo pleassee help!!!!!!!!!

My friend had a similar problem with iTunes and after running a registry fixer (something like ccleaner or advanced windowscare personal) the issue was resolved. You could try that first and if that doesn't work then try running a quicktime installer as this may automatically uninstall the old version for you (sorry, can't remember from memory)
