basically opened a file i downloaded and the file disappeared and i got two icons appear in my taskbar a red circle and white x and a yellow triangle both telling me i have a virus click here etc etc (the usual stuff) i used my spyware remover to get rid of the yellow triangle with no problems but the spyware remover can't find the other spyware, i scanned with AVG and isolated the files that disappeared when i clicked on them the scan is still running so i don't know if this has fixed the problem or not
(i have since finished the AVG scan it deleted the embedded files that the trojans came from and put another file in the virus vault which it identified as trojan horse vundo.U the only problem is when i restarted my computer the yellow triangle problem reappeared
so now i have both problems again
i have done the hackthis scan and i will paste it below this message it would be great if someone can help (oh the hack this scan is a new one i did after the avg scanDavey
