I had an official Media Center remote that I used on my Vista Media Center program, but I lost the remote in transport from my college dorm. I had just an IR receiver and no remote, so I bought an Xbox 360 remote (I had noticed that my old MC remote could be used to control the 360). The IR receiver lights up every time I push a button, but the remote is only working on the 360 for some reason. Isn't it supposed to work on Windows Media Center as well?
