A past few days my internet didn't work so i called them on the phone and step by step they work with me to fix it so i could go back online. I had a verizon westell model 6100 router. After i was done with them, it was back on, the internet. But when i restarted my computer the internet stop working, even thought the light for the internet was on. When i shutdown Zone Alarm, i was able to use the internet and when i turn back Zone Alarm it on, the internet stopped. I've try checking everything and couldn't seem to find out why it did that. Plus i tried uninstalling and reinstalling the program and nutting worked. Can someone help me figure out why my Zone Alarm is blocking my internet connection?
