Hey,I have a question about my laptops graphics card,am I able to change graphics cards in my laptop just in case if you needed to know I provided my CPU specs below.

Specs
---------
OS-Windows Vista
Graphics card-NVIDIA GeForce 7150M go/NVIDIA nForce 630
Processor-AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual core processor
RAM-1024 gigs
