Go to Add/Remove programs. Look for: Microsoft .Net framework. Uninstall any versions that exist.


Download .Net framework here: http://www.microsoft...;displaylang=en


Install it.


Let me know if that fixes your issue.

do i delete all 3 of these from in add/remove programs? or just the first 1?

-Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1
-Microsoft .NET Framework 1.1 Hotfix (KB928366
-Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack1

Delete all three and remember to run Windows Updates after you are finished.
