:tazz: I can't seem to get rid of several problem programs... I've run Spybot, Ad-Aware SE, Microsoft AntiSpy, and McAfee Antivirus numerous times now. They all claim to quarantine the problems, but upon reboot they come back. (Oh, and a TVMedia program file keeps magically re-appearing on the hard drive upon reboot, too). I've used all of these programs multiple times over the past 2 days with no luck. The computer is EXTREMELY sluggish and is not performing well at all. Thanks for any help you can give me!!

I was able to resolve my problems. Part of the problem with the nonresponsiveness of the system turned out to be the HP printer toolbox. Thanks.
