If it doesn't fix it the log would be pretty handy.
It's found as the third button from the right on the bottom.

Alright here is the log as you said it would be better ^^

Notes about this log:
1) "->" denotes an external command being executed, and "-> (number)" indicates
the return code from the previous command
2) Not all external command return codes are accurate, or useful
3) Sometimes commands return 0 (no error) even when they fail or crash
4) If an error occurs while registering an object, please send an email to:
dial-a-fix@DjLizard.net and include a copy of this log

Your Office 2003 Pro installation is showing as Nongenuine (Office status=114 means nongenuine).

I don't believe you are running a legitimate version. If you bought it without knowing, go back to where you got it and get a refund, remember to remind them that it's illegal to sell you a cracked version.

If the above suggestions don't fix the problem, try this:
go to Windowsupdate.microsoft.com (you have to use I.E. for this.. Firefox won't work)

1) on the left hand side, under Options go to "Review your update history"

2) Look through the list and find the failed update (Liook for the red X in the Status column.

3) Look in the details, to find out _why_ it failed. You'll likely see en error code like 0x0000005a

4) take that 0x code and search for it on support.Microsoft.com and it'll likely tell you how to resolve the issue.
