:help:My logitech pro 5000 webcam is working fine; my friends can see me and the fun filters work fine. But if i want to use the avatar or face accesory option it asks me to calibrate my face. So i put my face in the red square and let it callibrate, but it never works!!! I've tried everything from adjusting the lighting to moving the webcam!! Help is gr eatly appreciated yo. :) :) :) :)

Hi, yes frustrating indeed.

check your video resolution and bits and raise it,
right click my computer
click settings
see if that helps
