I'm getting the following error and would appreciate any assistance: "C:\\WINDOWS\system32\accsp.dll is missing" Thanks

that .dll is associated with ActivCard S.A....more on it here
if this is software that you want or need try reinstalling it...
not something you want ..use add/remove programs in the control panel to uninstall it...
