Here is a guide that shows port forewarding specifically for your router. The example given is a different program but it is the same concept. Just replace whatever port they have with port 80.

yea i know how to do it =P single port forward of port 80 to the ip running wamp. btw, other then giving httpd.exe full access through the firewall....what else do i need to enable?

On my Linksys router there is a setting somewhere along the lines of: "Block anonymous requests". Look around your router configuration pages for a similar setting and turn it off. That setting on my router is what prevents people from pinging me.

What software firewall are you using on the Windows machine?

COMODO its very restrictive, thats why i asked what i need to enable
