Hi,

you guys helped me sort out some virus problems last week but now I am having a different problem.
Today, when i try to send emails they are coming back as undeliverable.
I receive this message....

The following recipient(s) could not be reached:

'xxxxxx' on 16/07/2008 10:42
550 REJ-CON-002: Host (xx.xxx.xxx.xxx) has been blacklisted by cbl.abuseat.org

I have replaced some of the details with "x".

I went onto cbl.abuseat.org but do not really understand what they are telling me...It appears I may be infected with a spam virus. Not sure if it was related to my problems last week.

How can I best check this out.
