Hi there
I just have cleaned my computer from a malware problem with the help of one of your staff
But now with that problem solved, I have another problem started.
My on-screen keystroke is slower compared to what i have typed
It appears way much longer after i have typed
i am Using a dell laptop
Windows XP SP3

as far as i know, Words, Excel, Notepad, Outlook all has been affected
i m not sure what otehr softwares are affected by this.

And when i am waiting for the letters to appear, the whole computer seems to have jammed up. I cant run any other programs or open programs that are minimized

Hope to hear from you soon. Thanks

I've heard of a couple of resolutions: updating the video drivers, chipset drivers, or Dell QuickSet. You can find these downloads at support.dell.com.

Also try a System Restore back to before the problem started by going to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore.
