Uninstalling Trend Micro

I needed to redownload Trend Micro Security, but supposidly I had a previous version on my computer. I looked under add/remove programs and there is nothing. There is also nothing under All prgrams tab in the start menu.

So I downloaded Windows Install Cleanup and went to delete the Trend Micro files. But it is still saying I have a version on there and I need to remove it.

When I went to EXPLORE....sure enough, there's a Trend Micro Folder and it won't let me delete it. Can someone help????
