wireless keeps disconnecting [hijack this log posted] [RESOLVED]

hello, i posted over in hardware and am trying (and have tried) a lot of things to remedy this problem
it was suggested that i post a log.


problem:
i have 3 computers connected to a dlink wireless router
other 2 computers work fine so i'm assuming that it is a problem with my computer

recently got wireless highspeed with a wireless router and it has worked fine on this computer for about a month.
suddenly, the wireless connection stops working after about 3 minutes (wireless says it's connected but i cannot access any websites)
sometimes repairing the connection works (maybe 10% of the time) and the rest of the time, the computer needs to be restarted (which gets me another 3 minutes of internet time)

i don't know if this is obvious but when i'm further away from the router, the problem is even worse (says its connected but doesn't work, limited or no connectivity messages). in my bedroom, i have a low/med signal strength and it doesn't work at ALL. it will work for a limited time close to the router.

perhaps relevant: i got this system process win32 error message after every restart so i downloaded the suggested patch from microsoft. the error message doesn't appear anymore

maybe also relevant: i downloaded utorrent for the first time and a few tv shows and this started happening at the same time. i have since uninstalled it and have done a full computer scan to check if i got any viruses? i dont' know. (hence the malware log posting business)

uh, yeah. let me know if you need anymore info. i'm not the most computer savvy person in the world so...sorry!

also: i got the systemprocess win32 error message AGAIN today.

Are those other 2 computers connected via wireless? Did you try connecting this computer using a network cable instead to see if it has the same problems?

Your log show no signs of malware....but if you want, you can run some scans. If they don't show us anything, you might have to post back in that wireless topic.

Download ATF Cleaner at http://www.atribune..../click.php?id=1
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program. Under Main choose Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.

If you use the Firefox browser click Firefox at the top and choose Select All
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

If you use the Opera browser click 'Opera' at the top and choose 'Select All'
Click the Empty Selected button.
NOTE: If you would like to keep your saved passwords, please click No at the prompt.

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Download Malwarebytes ' Anti-Malware at http://www.besttechi.../mbam-setup.exe or http://www.majorgeek...ware_d5756.html Double-click on mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

* Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
* If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
* Once the program has loaded, select Perform Full Scan, then click Scan.
* The scan may take some time to finish, so please be patient.
* When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
* Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
* When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to restart (see Extra Note below).
* The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
* Copy & paste the entire report into your next reply.

Extra Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Go to http://www.bleepingc...to-use-combofix and follow the instructions on how to install the Recovery Console and run ComboFix. Go through all the steps until posting the log part. Post the combofix log here.

hey--thanks. good to know it's all ok. those 2 are connected by wireless. i think it's just something messing with the signal because all of the computers used to work in one area of the house and now they don't.

all scans come up clear, too.
