My windows XP boots into classic mode, and I have to change it to the XP theme manualy everytime I restart my computer. My screensaver settings also get reset everytime, and I have to manually change them. Is there any fix to this?

When did this start occuring? What were you doing? Any shell enhancers like windows blinds installed?
