hp pavilion zv5000 won't connect wirelessly

my hp pavilion will not connect to the internet wirelessly. it won't allow me to go into network set up wizard, when i click on network connections there is nothing there, whilst im in there if i click on create a new connection the network wizard comes up so i click next, i click on connect to the internet followed by next but it won't go any further than that! i don't know if this means anything but it won't allow me to go into firewall neither. i don't know any thing about pcs so if any one can help me please do it step by step, thankyou

You have to install the driver for the wireless and ethernet adapters that are in your computer. You can find the drivers in the disk drivers disk supplied by the manufacturer or download them from the manufacturer's internet site.
