My uncles computer keeps restarting/rebooting everytime he tries to open American Online. He signs in, then the screen just goes black and the computer restarts....anybody have any idea what this could be?

He got these two error messages: WER64fe.dir00/Mini071608-02.dmp and WER64fe.dir00/systdata.xm

thanks in advance

Easist fix for this is to either upgrade AOL, or uninstall it and reinstall AOL. The best thing to do is get rid of AOL and download Firefox. Much easier on the frustration level.

Do you know the cause of this? He said the power went out and when he turned his computer back on, the problem started...

How can he download firefox with no internet connection?

you download firefox and/or anything you want on a connected computer and burn it to cd or usb flash drive and take it to the non connected computer
