o ok just downloaded WinMX and im not so sure i like it, i dont get as much results as i have with kazaa. i took all u peoples word for it, it seems a little genaric. will it be ok though?

yea i have a question, that hopefully someone can answer for me. ok, i downloaded some songs from Kazaa lite and when i played them, no song played but the play thing was running. yes, i did have my speakers on. Did the songs just download wrong? or is it something else? please help!!!  

You probably just downloaded a bad file. Check and see the length of the song. A lot of times it's like 16 minutes of just pure silence, or you'll get ones that clip beep and scratch and make horrible sounds.

I will leave this topic open as long as it remains on-topic. Acceptable discussion regards the various P2P programs, and which contain spyware, which are safe to use, etc. Unacceptable discussion invloves any copyrighted material being shared, where to get specific files, tweaking settings, etc.
