deleting unwanted antivirus program

I delete this program from revo uninstaller but it keeps coming back.I don't know where it came from.It doesn't make itself known on my computer at all but nevertheless it's there and I suspect that it is slowing down my computer.Any of you knowledgeble folks have any remedies for erradicating this program.
