Can't Activate Windows

When I log on Windows asks me If I want to activate the OS so I click yes, I see my wallpaper and I go back to the log in screen. This started happening when I reinstalled my video card drivers for my GeForce 6200. I'm starting to hate Microsoft. Both their Activation Lines won't work it's either busy or "the number you've dialed is not available at the moment" I'm calling their main branch in the Philippines tommorow, and see if that will help.
