Then those might be random "normal" popups.

I suggest that you do this and report back:

• MVPS Hosts file <= The MVPS Hosts file replaces your current HOSTS file with one containing well know ad sites etc. Basically, this prevents your computer from connecting to those sites by redirecting them to 127.0.0.1 which is your local computer

I did it now what should I do? Thanks for all your help so far. Same advertisment still occur quite often on websites.

Have you tried using another browser?

Firefox has better pop up control than IE.

Also can you say on which websites those popups occur most often?

I will try to download firefox and try that. Also it happens on a lot of the forum sites.

I changed to Mozilla Firefox but when uninstalling internet explorer 07 it said the following programs could be affected if they depend on internet explorer do you know if they will?

You don't need to uninstall it.

They can be both in same computer
