Windows Explorer Quits.... IE Won't Run. [CLOSED]

Ok, to be honest... I don't know why any of this has happened... but my problem is....(i'm in safe mode right now) when I'm not in safe mode... IE won't load, I'm connected to my network but pages won't load... and here recently Windows Explorer has been acting up... it's getting to the point where I can be in the middle of something and WE just quits, leaving nothing but my background... no icons, can't even press the start menu shortcut on my keyboard....

I've tried running my system with the whole F8 then going back to a previous working version but WE and IE still do the same thing... I don't know what to do.

And I apologize if this is in the wrong thread.

Hello, my name is fenzodahl512 and welcome to Geekstogo.. Please do the following....


Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) from HERE or HERE and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • Please let your firewall allow the scanning/downloading process.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
If you are using Vista, you need to right-click at dss.exe icon and choose Run as Administrator
