server down due to virus backdoor hackdefender

caught this virus on the 17th, had microsoft go thru everything for 6 hours and they couldn't do anything and I'm waiting on their security to call me and help. didn't know if anybiody had any suggestions. Rpc isn't available for remote or information store or active directory.

I've added more information and I'm currently running Mircrosoft WIndowns Malicious Software Removal Tool.
