Okay, I am finally finished with all my problems, My Microsoft Windows update installer got messed up, but they fixed it for me. Incidently, the program you suggested above:"EULAyzer" comes with a little surprise hidden inside, The avira program grabbed a trojen horse named: TR/kCrypt.XPACK.gen So I got rid of it. I used the free edition because it was the first in line. Don't know if the paid for ones have it or not. I have got to say that this has been a pleasant experience, and your help has been invaluable for this old retired guy. Thanks again.

I'm very happy to hear everything is working fine again - I'm surprised that EULAlyzer was flagged as a virus though, it is made by Javacool, the same makers of SpywareBlaster, and are tools I've used for a long time. None of my scans picked it up though, I will take a look into that file right now.

Anyways, take care and have a great day still!
