Hello again, about an hour ago I requested some help with removing winspywareprotect. I turned off my computer and now it wont restart. I have a blue screen that tells me that windows has shut off becuase their is some corrupted files/ hard drive. It asks to disable or uninstall any utilities. To also run chkdsk/ f. The error message says stop: 0x00000024. I am clueless in what to do! Help! I think there is more to what is going on than what I taught!!!! Help!!!!
