So I am 18 years old and about to go off to college at the end of this here Summer and my mom bought a new computer not too long ago. It always ran fine and all and I was the one who did the scans and made sure the computer wasn't bugging out. Well as of late I haven't been over here at my mom's house and all of a sudden I come back a week after just being here and using the computer (it worked fine then) and it is extremely slow (mainly the internet). Pages barely load and a lot of the time you have to hit the refresh button in order for the page to even show up at all. I've ran Spybot and have done Virus Scans with AVG and cleared out a lot of junk but cannot seem to fix this seemingly "simpler" problem. Please help us out - I am trying to introduce my mom to Geeks to Go! because I will not be able to help her with all of her computer tech problems when I go off to school in a few weeks. Thanks a lot everyone.

EDIT: I did a re-scan because I stumbled across another thread here on Geeks to Go! when I searched google regarding something I thought as weird in my HJThis Log and found something called ISPFix. I guess it has something to do with slow internet connections so my original problem might be solved but I have yet to see. Anyways, if someone could still analyze my HJT Log that'd be great!
