BF2 losing key packets

I have another problem with BF2 (not about FPS) this is about multiplayer.Ok i've been playing singleplayer for 2-3 days now and I have been eager to play multiplayer,I applyed the patch 1.41 and updated PB and it still does this,PB kicks me for Losing Key Packets?????What does this mean and how can I get rid of it?

try rebooting your pc, power cycling your router and/or modem. By power cycling I mean unplug the power for about 15-30 seconds. This allows the memory to be purged and the settings to be properly refreshed.

Check the post under "pinned topics" for punkbuster solutions. You need to verify that your punkbuster services are running and that the firewall is allowing them through.
