Oblivion uninstall/installation

Hi there!

I am new on this forum but I really need help with the game Oblivion and the application Securom.

I have downloaded and installed Oblivion without problems.
I have uninstalled (or so my computer thinks) but I still have a lot of files left. In fact I have enough files to play the game perfectly. I want some help with uninstalling Oblivion manually and then installing the Oblivion Game of The Year edition.
I want to keep my savegames but other than that I want it taken away and I want to reinstall it.
I tried to run the Game of the year edition .ISO but securom (SuckURom) is telling me to use another DVD/CD. I am guessing it wants me to use the old .ISO (wich I no longer have!) any ideas?

I am looking forward to a response.
