Wizzy has tried to help and nothing is working. I can't access the internet. my device is working fine but can't ipconfig. it keeps saying media disconnected. what is media disconnected? i have put the logs on malware for highjack this. I need to access the internet for medical reasons. My machine has to stay connected to the internet. I tried restoring but there is no dates which was there when i first start having the problem. I have done all the netsh resets and they went fine. CAn you help.
