USB Dont work anymore, error massage when boot

Hi

Suddenly there was an error appearing just when i boot my computer wich is saying:

MSI (Logo)
A: Drive Error
Press F1 to Resume

This is the only thing that pops up before the Widows logo and loading bar is popping, shudnt it be some info about the computer etc. before that?
And i realy need my USB.

I have Windows proffesional.

my computer starts just fine and everything, the only thing going wrong is the USB (as far as i know).

So, please help me, if there is some more information you need, just type it here.
