Hello,

I have done several things to help this situation, but I keep losing internet access every time I log on. I did the winscockxp fix, repair desktop, cwshredder, and the ad-awareSE. The last one is the only thing that allows me to get onto the web. I have to run it every other time I access websites. I can not change my desktop settings and keep losing ability to surf the web. How do I get rid of this thing (trojan-spy.html.smitfraud.c) and restore my desktop to the way it was. Thanks for your help,

jmd9
