Hi,
When I'm online and no application is opened, data transfer still takes place with data bytes being sent and received. I have recently cleaned up some worms (backdoor.irc.bot and w32.sdbot) and am sure they are all cleaned out (tried various reliable antiviruses and worm removal tools and online scans). This is slowing down my dial-up internet connection. I have also run adware tools like lavasoft and they report a clean computer. Please help.
