hi, i have accidently deleted my addin account on my win xp home so i cannot change anything ,i tried to do a dell restore (dell inspiration 3000) and wipe everything and start again but it wont even show the splash screen to let me start that even, ive tried going to safe mode to create a new acc but even that is blocking me, HELP. dave
