I finally switched from dial-up to DSL. My dial-up ISP was PeoplePC. After the switch I deleted the PeoplePC software, opened Windows explorer, searched for all files that contained PeoplePC and deleted them except for one. This was listed as a program folder. During my attempt to remove the folder a warning box appeared with a cryptic description (to me anyway) with the file name ScmGrd.dll which I was not allowed to delete. Anyway I used Cedric Collomb's Unlocker software to remove the folder. So what is ScmGrd.dll? Is this something I should not have deleted? My PC is working just fine without it for now. Here's how to get Unlocker: find.pcworld.com/60905 .
