Well it sounds like we've found the culprit.

I would email EVGA support to see if they have any solutions, and wait around until the next driver version is released.

I'm going to return my card for a new one. I contacted EVGA and they strongly suspect a hardware issue.

We're sure my motherboard and my GPU are compatible, correct? I've looked through all the specs and they appear to be completely compatible, but there may be something I'm missing.

Yes everything is compatible, I'm sure EVGA would have picked up on that. :)

EVGA are good like that, it pays to go with companies who offer good support. Keep us informed how the next one turns out.
