I have a Gigaview 3.5” USB HDD/Media Player but its now not detecting any media files when there are media
Files(video/audio)present. Seems to be trying to detect something but comes up with no media detected when plugged in TV and the PC cannot read anything when connected via USB. Have tried turning on/off a few times but with the same problem.

The player may have been bumped. Any suggestions? :)

The hard drive may have Ben damaged when bumped if you are under warranty try and take it to be repaired. You can open the case and then connect it in your computer. This way you may be able to access the files on the hard drive.
If now nothing happens you should probably look into getting a new head drive to install inside the "media case"

Hi Thanks for your post I have put the HDD in for repairs. Not sure about fiddling with the case. :)
