Hello,

I am sitting at the PC of my sister in law. She thinks I know more about it than she does.
The problem is that no web based emailprogramma will open on the pc.
you get the white " cannot find server page". Furthermore we cannot run windows update.
This means that at he moment I cannot receive any email on this PC

I have allready installed a virus checker (AVG Anti-Virus free) and Advanced Windows Care on the PC.
I ran them both and a lot of viruses, torjans , spyware, malware, etc has been found and cleaned.

To make things even more complicated, my sister in law speaks french, and so does her PC.

Can someone help me please?

Hello and welcome to Geeks to Go :)

If you would like to change the language, read here.

It seems that if there was already a lot of malware on the machine, there may still be some that resides - I suggest submitting a HJT log for analysis as so to clear out all of the malware problems - there is no use trying o fix an issue on your computer if there is malware on it.

Once you have all the malware from your machine cleared up and if the problem still occurs, come back to this topic for help :)
