Missing or corrupted DLL

I am using a chat client and when there is an update I download the update and when I try to log in I get the error message " Missing or corrupted YCli.dll ". Then I have to delete all downloaded files and redownload the program in order to use the program. How can I correct this error? Thanks in advance.
