whenever i try to open a page (such as my documents, my videos etc) in explorer exe,
this will come up:

and then shortly after, this:

which consequently shuts down my window and restarts explorer.exe to start the whole process again
i have done the google crawl trying to look for a simple fix for this and nothing has come up
i have run regcure to fix my registry and that has not solved it

any one got any answers?
