processes are not working

ok so this morning i go to start up my computer and when i did no processes except network and system processes started up. i started up explorer.exe only to find out that sevral of my icons don't work, even mcafee, msconfig, even when i use task manager and type in one of the processes it says it could not be found. only a selected few still work.

help me please, i don't know what tis is at all..
