okay guys, so ima start about a week back.
my hardrive fryed so i got my uncle xp sp2 cd (i have same one but lost it) and redid harddrive i put Jacob as the owner admin pazz 1234 and then another profile named Guest.
well now i had rundll32 error saw a post that helped me but i cant use it this is the site.

EXE file association fix
my problemn is it says

"registry editing has been disabled by your administrator"
like... what the heck i thought i WAS the administrator..
how do i fix this?
