This is kind of lame,
I tried to login to do a panda scan but every time I get an error

Error
Oops! There's been an error...
Don't worry, we've taken note and we're working on a solution. Please try again later.

So I scanned anyway without logging in it found 65 infected files but I tried getting a log and I got the same error again... Is there another route to use other than panda activescan?

Tried to log in again today and same.

Hi firstly I will need to know what problems you are experiencing

Please download Deckard's System Scanner (DSS) and save it to your Desktop.
  • Close all other windows before proceeding.
  • Double-click on dss.exe and follow the prompts.
  • When it has finished, dss will open two Notepads main.txt and extra.txt -- please copy (CTRL+A and then CTRL+C) and paste (CTRL+V) the contents of main.txt and extra.txt in your next reply.
