Hey i was having trouble getting into things in my control panel. It keeps saying "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc00000ba). Click on OK to terminate the application". At the top it says "rundll32.exe - Application Error". I would like not to reset my hard drive. If anyone out their knows how to fix it please respond. Thanks for the time.
